3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). kg777 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request. Acceptable documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify kg777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. kg777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.1 All deposits to your kg777 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. kg777 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
4.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.4 kg777 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any other payment method not expressly listed as accepted on the platform.
4.5 kg777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual or that trigger AML monitoring thresholds. Deposits may be held pending the outcome of such checks.
5.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and that match the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.
5.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of kg777. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
5.4 kg777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of security checks, AML reviews, or bonus wagering requirement verification.
5.5 Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.

12.2 Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
